Seasonal Sites
Captain's Cove has over 175 Seasonal Sites. All sites are equipped with water, electric, and sewer.
Seasonal site yearly lease rates vary by location and electric/gas is billed quarterly in addition to the yearly lease rate.
Off Water Sites Rate: $1995*
Lake Sites Rate: $2495*
*Site rates do not include the yearly maintenance fee of $595
