Seasonal Sites

Captain's Cove has over 175 Seasonal Sites. All sites are equipped with water, electric, and sewer.

Seasonal site yearly lease rates vary by location and electric/gas is billed quarterly in addition to the yearly lease rate. 

Off Water Sites Rates Start at: $1995*

Lake Sites Rates Start at: $2495*

*Site rates do not include the yearly maintenance fee of $695

Payment plans are not available for Seasonal Sites.

The Seasonal Site Wait List will start over every year at 12AM on January 1st. 

You must renew each year to be considered for a seasonal site.
