We understand that Members at times find themselves needing to sell or transfer their Membership due to relocation, illness, financial reasons, or changes in lifestyles. Although we would prefer to keep all of you as Members, we know that it is not always possible, that is why we have put together this information on how you can sell/transfer your Membership to family and friends.
The Register of Deeds Office requires up to date information from the seller. Please submit this information here.

Are you ready to begin the membership transfer process? The Links to the Right will make a transfer of membership a breeze. Each link has it's own purpose in the process. The fee for completing a transfer of memberhship is $350. This fee can be paid by the seller, the buyer, or split between both.
